password-reset page not loading

    clicking on reset password, or forgot…redirects me to home page –

    password-reset.php and password-change.php both present and in /templates folder..

    am i missingn something?

    Hi @dmeehanjr,

    Please check your password reset page in your Pages section, make sure that the page is assigned in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.
    Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
