Password Reset Page is a Blank Square.

I request a password
I get an email with the url and a token
The page I arrive on shows a blank area with an empty div where the form should be.

If I follow the link whilst logged in, it’s fine.
But for someone who wants to reset their password while logged out.. it does not work/
I already opened a ticket on https://i-plugins.com/whmcs-bridge/viewticket/
