You can try changing it with the translation file. What’s your site language? You can try the same steps in changing the text in English, please see this doc: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1578-change-english-text-in-forms

Our site is in Dutch.

I will try what you suggest (I will let you know if it worked) , but when UM gets a update won’t I need to do again?

UM only updates the English translation file. So your Dutch should not be updated automatically.
