• Okay, after a couple days I’ve finally figured out my problem. The email containing the new password that www.remarpro.com sends was being trapped by a spam filter and put in the spam folder. Funny thing is that the first email that www.remarpro.com sends, the one containing the link to reset the password, is not filtered as spam so ends up in my inbox.

One of the things that added to the confusion is that the www.remarpro.com page that sends the first email looks almost identical to the www.remarpro.com page that sends the second email so that it appears to the user that they are in some kind of loop for which there is no escape.

Here’s a suggestion. On the first password reset page the heading is “Password Reset” on the second password reset page the heading is also “Password Reset”. How about changing the heading on the second page to something like “Your Password has been reset and emailed to you” And then in the text suggest that they look in their spam folder if they do not get the new password in their inbox.

Just a suggestion that might spare another person from some frustrations.
