Password Reset not working for my users

Hi,

I have been receiving a few issues from almost every user who has forgotten their password and tried to reset it that it does not work. They either don’t get a code at all to reset or the code that sends on occasion doesn’t work at all.

At the moment the only way for them to use the site if they have forgotten their password is to create a new account again as even the code I send to them when I try to reset it from my end doesn’t work for them.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
