    Hello,
    I have a problem with the Ultimate Member Plugin.

    I tried it with various browsers and multiple accounts.

    The problem is, that if a user wants to reset his password because he lost it, he gets an email with a reset link.

    This link is not valid and it says in it:
    ?act=reset_password&hash%xxxxxxxxxxx%5D%5Bno_password_reset%5D%5B0%5D=Für diesen Benutzer ist es nicht erlaubt, das Passwort zurückzusetzen.&&user_id=52

    In english it says that this user is not permitted to reset his password.
    If I click on it the form then says:

    ‘The link is not valid’

    I have deactivated all caching and security plugins.

    There is no cookie set as it should be, but I think I have no plugins that can block or block cookies.

    My plugins are:
    -> BackWPup
    -> Contact Form 7
    -> Cookie Notice
    -> Defender (deactivated for testing)
    -> Disable Blogging
    -> Duplicator
    -> a self written plugin that also uses cookies
    -> Elementor and essential Addons
    -> Hummingbird (deactivated for testing)
    -> Make tables responsive
    -> Manage Notification E-Mails
    -> Plugins Garbage Collector
    -> Smush (deactivated for testing)
    -> Ultimate Member
    -> User Role Editor
    -> White Label CMS
    -> WP Mail SMTP

    I hope you guys can help me

    I just found out that the plugin ‘Manage Notification E-mails’ and yours interrupts each other.

    Disabled it and fixed it now. Thanks
