Password Reset not working

    Hey, I have a problem with the password reset. I can click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and also enter my email/username.
    After that I get an email with the reset link. When I copy and paste it into the browser it just loads and then opens the normal login form so I’m basically at the begining again. I cant set my new password anywhere and it doenst open the password reset form.
    Whats also interesting is that my URL ends with “login/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true” so it should display the password reset form but it doesnt – it only display the regular login form.
    Would be nice if you could help me here!

    Hi, I’ll close the KB comment on our website since it’s a duplicate.

    It’s likely 1 of 2 things: caching (make sure the page isn’t cached) or you’re modifying emails somehow, perhaps for tracking purposes, and it’s making the link with the key invalid. If it’s not caching, try with all other plugins except the Toolkit deactivated and see if password reset then works.

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    I did what you said and deactivated all plugins 1 by 1 and it turned out that WooCommerce caused the “enter your new password form” not to appear.
    So I went through the settings in WooCommerce and noticed that on
    [Settings > Advanced > Page Setup] my login page was set to be my “My account page” so I just changed it and set the actual “My Account” page to be the “My account page”.
    It’ working perfectly now! Thank you!!

    Ah, good point. The Login page should never be set to the same page as a WooCommerce endpoint. It will definitely break.

    Hi, my users are having problems resetting their passwords on my website. They receive the following message: Password reset email failed to send

    My host SiteGround said it is a conflict between the Uncanny LearnDash Toolkit plugin and my security plugin (Shield). Do you know how I resolve this issue please?

    I am also using WooCommerce.
