password reset link not sent to users

Hello,

Since WordPress has been updated to 4.3, for safety reasons, the checkbox ‘A password reset link will be sent to the user via email’ has disappeared and now whenever a user is added manually, he or she is supposed to receive via email a password reset link. I have been trying to add users, but they never receive any emails with the link. Any idea why it won’t work?
