Password Reset link appears to be invalid

I couldn’t locate the issue the only thing that is strange is at the link i am seeing a /brandnestor_action=reset_password_request&key=*****&login=****&wp_lang=en_GB

maybe it’s related to polylang?

Some questions:

– Are you using the BrandNestor Login form?
– Are you using the Elementor or the Gutenberg form?
– Did you make sure to fill in the Login Page URL in settings?
– What does the full reset link look like? It should look like this:

https://SITE_URL/LOGIN_URL?brandnestor_action=reset_password_request&key=***&login=***&wp_lang=en_GB

– What plugins are installed?
– Try clearing cookies and see if it works

We are using Brandnestor login form on elementor environment. Login page url’s are filled. It look exactly like this. No cache enabled under any login instance and also cache is disabled for brandnestor templates as well.
The problem comes from clients not from my end. Just to have a rough idea we may have like 1 password reset request per minute.

It’s Polylang, Elementor, Elementor PRO, WOO, Pods, Crocoblock, oohboi steroids for elementor, WP Mail SMTP, WP Affiliate Manager

I can’t replicate either. The only thing that i noticed as a problem with someone saving their password, it would generate 10 requests/minute.

Hey! Happy new year! We had to remove it finally. Out of 4000 password resets in a day we had 3100 tickets…so it’s quite big the problem..if we ever find what was the problem i will let you know.
