Hello @felty,
Thank you for writing to us.
If both the plugins, ProfileGrid and RegistrationMagic, are activate on your site simultaneously, then ProfileGrid login area will be replaced by RegistrationMagic login area.
Please refer to the following steps to enable reCAPTCHA on RegistrationMagic Login Form:
1) Login to WordPress dashboard and go to “RegistrationMagic >> All Forms” menu.
2) Then go to Dashboard of Login Form >> Validation & Security options.
3) Here, enable the option “Display reCAPTCHA after failed login attempts?” and set No. of attempts to ‘0’.
The ProfileGrid reset password page does not support reCAPTCHA as of now.
Also, RegistrationMagic does not have any specific password reset settings. With RegistrationMagic Login Form, it is the default WordPress reset password page that works. However, if you have configured the reset password page of ProfileGrid instead, then that will work in place of the default WordPress one.
Additionally, could you please share the URL on which you are having this issue so we can have a better look at it.
