Password reset issues

Hi

My members appear to be having some trouble with password resets.

When they try to reset, they’re seeing this in their email inbox, which looks unprofessional and a bit dodgy!

Someone requested a new password for this account.https://www.website.co.uk

The password has been changed. You can log in and change it from your interface if you want.

New password :?[ redacted ]

Not only is the code not working, they’re also unable to do a reset.

What could be causing this please?

I have buddypress and bbpress installed if that makes any difference.
