    Hi, when I try and fill out the password reset form as a customer, I see this message – ‘Password reset is not allowed for this user ‘. Please can you let me know how to fix this? I tried going into AAM–> Customer, but I can’t see any capabilities relating to password. Hope you can help

    @macpheek this sounds like an issue we had in a previous AAM version. Please make sure you are on at least AAM 6.9.29

    Hi !
    I have AAM ?6.9.37 and I get the same issue when somebody wants to reset his password.
    When I deactivate AAM, it works again. But impossible for me to find in AAm where to correct this issue.

    Any Idea ?
