password reset issue

Hi I am having password issues, I know my login credentials are correct but I get an error message saying that the information is incorrect, I have also attempted a password reset which I get sent an email for which is fine but when I attempt to set a new password I am getting a message saying that the password that I have opted for has already been used even though I know it has not, my site url: https://www.gamblersinsight.com
