Password reset is not allowed for this user

    That would only happen if the user is locked, when using the Security module. Or some other plugin is doing it…

    I think, Latest version(6.3.11) of TML is not compatable with wordpress 4.2.1 . For old version its working.

    Please check its once.

    password reset not working on my end.

    when i click and use the reset link from the email. i get directed to the password reset button.

    when i enter a new password it redirects me to the lostpassword form and in the URL it says lostpassword?error=invalidkey

    help!

    Just confirmed the invalid key issue. Will get a fix out either today or tomorrow.

    TML 6.3.12 was just released containing a fix.

    No!! I’m still facing problem in TML 6.3.12 .I got a error as “Password reset is not allowed for this user”.

    Need Help!!!

    Again, the “not allowed for this user” is because either TML’s Security module, or another plugin is blocking it for that specific user.
