    Hi @janbletz,

    Have you tried to reset the email tab on Ultimate Member settings by clicking the “Reset Section” on Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Email? Also is your Password Reset page excluded from the cache?

    Hey @janbletz, I am facing this issue as well, have you resolved yours?
    I’m trying UM on a fresh wordpress site and even followed their ‘conflict’ test with 2015 theme, yet same problem arises.

    No. I followed the guidelines given by UM support (see above). It didn’t get the same page over and over again, so that is good. But no mails were sent. This might be because I don’t use smtp but php-mail. I will try wp-mail-smtp to try solve this problem, but I haven’t had time yet.

    I will let you know when I do/if I have any luck.

    Thanks for the update @janbletz, I did tried the guidelines by UM but that didn’t solve my problem. Will update here as well if I managed to get it fixed.
