password reset hash error

    When a user has forgotten their password and asks for a reset email the reset email is sent. If the user clicks on the email directly after receiving it a hash error is received. If the user waits a length of time and then clicks on the reset link it works well. Any thoughts on what is causing this issue or how to fix it?

    I’ve just tested this issue on our test site, however, I couldn’t replicate this issue.
    Do you have any security plugins installed?

    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
