Password Reset for website account broken

So for some reason my login is not working for my website. It says the password is incorrect but it is the same password that was worked before. So I tried to reset my password however when I click on the email link to do so, it just sends me back to the page where I enter my email to send the password reset link.
Any help would be appreciated.
