Password Reset Error message

Hey @spllogics is this all users? Can you recreate on the site? This might be down to cookies not being enabled on their browser. Does your site allow access to wp-login.php? If so, can they reset using the native WordPress reset password flow from there?

Hi @wpusermanager We had one person email us about it, then we had 3 people try to reset their password with the same results in multiple browsers. Access to wp-login.php is open, and the native WP reset works as well since we had to disabled the password reset template in the plugin.

@spllogics are you using a page caching plugin or does your host have caching enabled? If so you will need to (get them to) exclude the password reset page you have configured in Users > Settings > General as the ‘Password Recovery Page’
