Password reset does not work

    When you try to reset your password comes a link
    “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.” Help please deal.

  • Are you using a custom email template for this? In my case, I had an error in it using the wrong way to add the reset link.

    Do you use any caching plugin or server side caching on your site?
    Can you please try to use the default password reset template and see if this issue goes away.

    Good afternoon. The site is not yet big, so I do not use caching. I don’t have all the knowledge yet, so tell me how to use the default password reset template. With respect.

    Hi @maikinn1966,

    Please go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Emails and to your Password reset email and make sure that {password_reset_link} placeholder is there.

    This issue can be also caused by some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
