Password reset does not work

  • Hi,

    We’re running version 1.3.78 and we’re having some problems with the password reset function.

    When our members try to reset them, everything works, they get a mail, they can set a new password but when logging in the new (or old) password does not work.

    Does anybody know what may cause this?
