Password reset acting strange

Hello,

I have a strange issue I have a new membership site that has been just set up and as I was testing the Rest password function I found out something disturbing… On my Mac using Safari when I click on the link inside the email the link opens up the rest password page and everything works fine. BUT when I try to rest it on a PC it will not work. not in chrome, firefox or internet explorer? when i click on the “Click her to reset your password” it give you the screen that tells you to insert your email address for the email…

This was an old site that we converted to WP. We pulled the database from the old site so we need those users to create passwords with this function not working at 100% we can’t move on with this project…
