    Hi there,

    Sorry in advance for my complete ignorance, as I am not a user of wordpress.

    I recently had a wordpress developer build me a site. https://www.pinkhipporentals.com/wp-admin/

    The website is live, and up and running. But the designer has changed the password and I cannot get in touch with him. The recovery email is an email address that I can no longer access.

    How can I access the account. I need to have someone else make some changes.

    You’d need an access to your database that your WordPress-site uses. You have the username and password to your website-host’s admin-panel (cpanel)?
