Password recovery failure

Hi, I have a www.remarpro.com account on a different username, but I forgot my password and it hasn’t been successfully emailed back to me yet after I requested it to be. The username is cornellreview or thecornellreview. I need help or an email from an admin to allow me to get a password and sign back in. Thank you
