Password Recovery

Hi guys, I had a right issue logging into my admin page last night, eventually it locked me out for 24 hours, I then managed to reset my password through advice from my bluehost help service, is there any way to speed up this 24 hour wait as I have alot of work to do and although I understand the protocol its a absolute pain having to wait that long?!
