Password Protection Stopped Working

I have a page that I have password protected and its worked just fine for a long time. Users go to the page and enter the password and they get in and see the content. Now that doesn’t work, it just reloads the page asking for the password. Theme hasn’t changed since it was working other than updates. Plugins haven’t changed since it was working other than updates. And here is the strange thing, if I go into the page and change the password and publish it, it works just fine though a different browser for a few times but then stops working. If I set the password back to what I want it at though, it flat doesn’t work at all regardless of how many times I reset it or try it. Also if I change the password on the page and then hit the preview, even with original password, it works just fine. Anyone have any idea what is going on?
