    Hello,

    We have an existing parent gallery with some sub-galleries from 2022 and my client decided to password protect them. We entered the same password with default settings at all sub-galleries (but not at the parent one).

    Problem is, when changing browser, the password is not recognized and the page keeps reloading with the box asking for the password. As if nothing happened. If I enter a wrong one I get the red error signaling that the password is wrong but when entering the correct one nothing happens.

    I have a video my client made of this issue that I can send you in private if needed.

    Do you have special characters in the password? Can you set up a test gallery with a simple password and provide the URL for me to look at it?

    No special characters were used. Only 4 numbers.
    I created a test gallery and sent you an email via your site’s contact page.

    I checked your test gallery URL. When I entered the gallery password it just refreshed the page and did not give me access. I entered the password again and then I did get access. When I refreshed the page one more time it then prompted me for the password again.

    Yes, you are right!
    I did those exclusions 2 years ago but we decided to update those URLs this year and, of course, my old exclusions didn’t work anymore…
    Everything is fine now and sorry for the trouble!
