Password protection for entire site is not working!

  • Hello,

    Went to settings enabled ‘Password Protected Status’ created password and then saved settings. Based on what I have read so far, this setting should cause the plugin to prompt anybody who goes to the site to enter a password before any site content is revealed, however this is not the case. When I go to the site it runs as usual no prompt to enter password. Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong?
