Password Protection and Maintenance Mode

    Hello

    I just test this plugin. Password Protection is not working It show password filed on frontend and can’t use any password as I set

    For Maintenance Mode when enable my backend display this is dangerous site in red background (Google chrome) But when I use plugin “Under Construction” By?WebFactory Ltd it has no this problem.

    Please fix this.

    Is your site on HTTPS (SSL certificate is configured)?

    Yes that website has SSL certificate.

    Noted. This is a tricky situation. www.remarpro.com support forum guidelines does not allow me to ask for access to your site, so I can take a closer look.

    However, if I ask for the problematic URL, e.g. password protection enabled but not working (and ask for what the password is), or maintenance mode enabled but with security warning in chrome, you’re not like keen on providing that especially for an extended period for me to have a chance to at least visit and try to diagnose from what’s available publicly… as it would rended the site somewhat broken. Please correct me if I’m wrong, and provide the URL for maybe 1-2 days in that broken state.

    Otherwise, this is when I regretfully has to say support for it not possible within www.remarpro.com, and I’m also not allowed to direct you to a private communication channel to share site access credentials.

    There is a last resort, where I’ll need you to install debugging plugins, and look at certain things for me in the browser inspector, maybe error log, etc. Are you willing to go this route?
