    Good afternoon,
I am using Directorist to file some Standards of Practice for a business. Some of these documents are sensitive and should be password-protected by the creators. Unfortunately, when I select the visibility option of “password protected” and set a password on a listing, it doesn’t seem to work. Attached is an image for a test SOP wherein the text is plainly visible to any user, and there was no password prompt.
Are there any fixes or workarounds that work for this purpose?
    Thanks for your time,
    Matt

    Hello @mfosberry !

    Thanks for reaching out.

Right now there is option available to protect specific contents. However, you can restrict the single listing page for the logged in users. In that case, kindly navigate to Directory Listings> Settings> Single listing page
Then turn on Restrict single listing page for logged in users.

    Kind Regards.

    Hello @mfosberry !

I trust this message finds you in good health.

Your concern has been given due attention, and we greatly appreciate your inquiry. As of the current state, the availability of an option to protect specific content is not within the current feature set.

However, there is an alternative approach you can consider. To restrict access to the single listing page exclusively for logged-in users, kindly follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Directory Listings> Settings> Single listing page
    2. Activate the option: “Restrict single listing page for logged-in users.”

This measure allows you to control access to the single listing page based on user authentication.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to ensure your experience aligns with your expectations.

    Warm Regards,
