Password protected site repeatedly prompts user to enter password

  • Dear all,

    I have created a password protected site. Users are prompted to enter the password when opening the site, it opens, but then users are prompted to enter the password again and again, more than 3 times. Deleting the cache does not help. Any thoughts for a solution?

    1. What is the website address?
    2. Are you using any plugins?
    3. Are you using any themes?

    thanks for replying. The website address is https://www.damaninduction.com. We have now tried to set the time the person can be logged in to 1 day. Maybe this could work… We are using both plugins and themes…

    Were you able to get it resolved by setting the number of times a user can be logged in to 1?

    What is the plugin you are using for the signing in part?

    If there is no plugin for signing in, then what is the theme you are currently using?
