Password protected pages/products not shown

    Hi all,

    I recently changed hosting provider and i’m new on litespeed.
    As in subject my woocommerce products protected under password are not correctly open: after password submission the page/product seems to be reloaded but nothing changes and the effective content are not shown. Disabling the cache all works fine.
    Can you help me to solve?

    My report number is: CNSCMYPM

  • If you have Guestmode enabled, disable it as long as your page is password protected.

    In Litespeed -> General Settings -> Guest Mode is OFF.

    What do you use to password protect the page. A server side function or PHP (plugin)? If you use a plugin to password protect yor page you should change it by a server side function. Your server control panel should support it.
