• I use Divi Theme latest version
    WP 4.8
    Woo Sensie

I use a third part to audit examinations of my students. The exam is within a lesson made in sensie. The url is password protected so that the third party does not have to go through membership login. Hence using a password protected page.

We have noticed that when some students do the exam and fail, they can retake the examine within a few days. However they are not asked for the password to enter the exam.

More disturbing for me is that a student of mine was able to access the course without the password, it allowed her to start the lesson and take the quiz, however, it should of asked her for the password before she could enter the lesson.

Thus she access to all the questions, which is defeating the principle of using password protected pages.

Now I understand the cookies within the password protected page take 10 days to expire, so this accounts for the first query, however the second part with the student having direct access to a protected page is a problem

Can anyone advise help with this issue or has had this issue before

Thank you for that, however, this a issue related to wordpress not just theme and plugins. There are other users that have addressed this issue with wordpress. I would consider this a issue worthy of wordpress regarding password protected feature.
    Thank you
