Password-Protected Employee Portal With Secure Forms

I’m looking for the simplest way to add a password-protected employee page (portal) to a current WordPress site.

Admins would need access to add and remove users as needed, create separate logins for each employee, and once any employee logs in, they would be redirected to one secure page that the public cannot see.

On that secure page, there would be links to multiple forms. These forms also must be “hidden” to the public. The completed forms are for internal company purposes and must go to multiple managers via email.

Is there any way to accomplish this on WordPress? My client currently is using Joomia’s JForms, but wants to move away from Joomia and have their employee forms all (securely) on their WordPress site.
