I have a few technical questions:
1. I have a free ebook download
It is still asking for a password in order to complete the download.
I’ve looked everywhere for how to disable the password feature.
To test it I entered an email other than the requested paypal account and it did not accept it. What am I missing? How would by people know what password? I think this is really going to confuse people. But really I think its just me that is confused. ??
2. I want to distribute my big ebook (for free) as part of a bigger package my clients ALREADY purchased through my website. SO, i want to send a fully encrypted version to that group. My intention is to set the product up for free on the back-end, and deliver the ebook site page them via a download button on a mailchimp email. I send the link, they go to the page and download. Is that thought process correct or is there an easier way I should be doing this? Basically, I dont want them to experience the password issue also. There is no password for them.
