Password problem with new users

  • Hi!
    I have added two new users to our account. The system did not send the automatic emails with passwords. They I changed the password that I′m able to send it via email. What ever password I choose and save the changes, they are not working. When I try to log in with the new one that I just made, nothing. What I should do?
