Password. Nothing is working.

BlueHost have said they’ve tried to reset my wp-admin password my FTP and phpmyadmin and it’s continually reverting back to the old PW although we don’t know what that is. I’m not technical enough and they have no more answers. And apparently, WP doesn’t do support {thanks for that}. So now I’m here and who knows if this is the right place. Please someone help me! ??
