• Hi,

    My backups to the online vault are not happening, and it turns out the the plugin is not connected to the site because the password is not being accepted.

    I went to the BackupTechnology website and attempted to change the password but the current password is not being accepted even though I know it’s correct.

    How can I get past this?

    Hi Owen,

    Please go to https://wordpress.backup-technology.com/ and click Trouble Logging In. There is an option to reset password.

    Hey Jason,

    Thanks for your response, however I’m not seeing a ‘Trouble Logging In’ on that webpage. I can see the option to Change Password, but that’s it.

    I simply see the Home button and FAQ button, and then a few options on the vertical sidebar menu.

    Am I missing something?

    Hi Owen,

    That’s because you’re logged in. Please go to Change Password and change your password then try logging in via plugin again. It will require your current password though.

    If it won’t accept your current password, you’ll need the Trouble Logging In page. This appears on the login page. So to see that you just click Home and Log Out and then you can see the login page and the link. Forgotton Password is there and you can get an email to reset it.
