Password must be entered twice

I am experiencing exactly the same issue. However, it only happens on Chrome. Firefox and Safari seem to be fine.

Also, when I first load the page, my custom web fonts are not rendering. However, after I have entered the password once, they do.

Any help would be much appreciated as it is very frustrating.
