I’m having a problem where passwords are not matching with the password confirmation even when they are double and triple-checked for matching, so user gets an error when they try to create an account. A user brought this to my attention, and then I tried creating account and got the same error despite entering exact matching passwords in both fields. I have not had this problem in the past. Needless to say, this is an urgent problem, if users cannot register accounts. Can you please advise ASAP on how I can trouble shoot this?

A less urgent problem is that the Twitter form field is showing an error when someone tries to enter their Twitter handle – it says they must enter it as a URL? That makes no sense as Twitter handles use the @example format. Please advise. Thanks.

    Hello @mikeybayer,

We checked the password field issue on your site and found that two forms are loading on same page, might be one is hidden by CSS. Please remove one and then check.

If you are unable to find those, create a new page using shortcode and then check.

Twitter field allows you to enter the twitter profile URL as of now, like the URL will be :?https://twitter.com/example. However we have noted your suggestion and forwarded to team for possible improvement in future updates.

I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks very much on the fast response. And for the clarification on the Twitter field – yes, most people don’t think of their Twitter handle as a URL, so changing that would be pretty important. For now I’ve made that clear in the placeholder text.

As for the password problem, yes, it turns out I had hidden the desktop form on mobile so I could change the background of the form for mobile. So only one form was always visible but the responsive settings had in fact left two forms on the page. Thanks for the help!
