password log-in – can’t get in

saturday the system kicked me out and I couldn’t sign back in. I got a sign in error so clicked on the forgot password button. The system responded that it had sent me an email with the new info, but the email never came.

I’ve tried repeatedly, but never received email.

I’m technically unsophisticated. I know I should keep more security, but I don’t lock my doors at home either.

Is there someone I can contact to get my password reset or to have a new password emailed to me.

Any other recommendation for what I should do?

Please don’t respond about how bad I am. I just need your help in plain english to solve this problem.
