Password Lock not working

  • Hi,
    I have found download issues when enabling lock by password. I normally use the LastPass pass generator – usually 12 characters using symbols, numbers and all.

    When saving the file and putting in the lock password it is not always working. I always try to DL the file with the pass just set but sometimes clients tell me is not working for them and when I try it is not working anymore with that password.

    Is there any limitation in terms of total number of characters or symbols I can’t add? This is a bit frustrating ??

    Please check the browser console for error, also you can check is there any plugins conflicting there. hope you will get your solution.

    @devsam, we have found the special char issue with the password lock, we are adjusting it with the next update.
