Password link not resetting password

    Hi. This plugin works as advertised – until the reset. When I click on the reset password link in the email, it takes me back to the original login page and it appears the password was not changed. When I put in the original (“forgotten”) password, it logs me into the site. Maybe I missed something in the settings. Can you help?

    Did you set the reset page up in the plugin settings?

    I went top to bottom on the General Settings Tab.

    Categories were:
    Reset Password Page – the page where shortcode was added (Login Page)
    Reset Email Sent (Check Your Email Page)
    New Password Saved (Design Page)
    Custom Login Page (Login Page)

    The other areas were mostly formatting

    I filled out the bottom two email customizations as well.

    There appeared to be a conflict with WPforms. I deleted the Frontend Password Plugin (sorry). Thanks for looking into this.

    Don’t apologise ?? If it’s a free plugin I could take a look at the problem and see if I can workaround the conflict.

    I’m having this same issue but not using WPForms. Any thoughts?
