Password limit expires by page refresh

Hi!
I have problems with the password limit.

I thought it was a problem with the cookies. However, I could repeat the problem:

Reloading the page seems to strip the attempt at the password as well.

So if I set the limit to 3 entries and reload the page three times after entering, the password has expired.

Is that correct?
I would like to provide a video stream with its own password and prevent multiple users from logging in with the same password. However, the page should be able to be reloaded.
