Password length limited to 15 characters

    When I try and register with a password longer than 15 characters the system won’t accept it. In these days of password mangers 16 characters is fairly normal. I can’t see any way to set this to a longer number, can you help please?

    Hi @alantomkins,

    there is a setting for that under UsersWP > General > Register > (show advanced) : Maximum Password Limit

    Excellent, thanks. I really don’t understand why there needs to be a separate option to select advanced on this and GeoDirectory. Just show everything like most plugins do and leave it to users to select what they need.

    Because both plugins have a lot of options, we have hidden the least used (those that most never change or max are changed once per site) to avoid confusion.

    If you go to UsersWP > General > Developer you will find this option:

    Advanced settings > Disable advanced toggle, show advanced settings at all times (not recommended).

    GeoDirectory has the same option.
