Password is incorrect, please try again

Hi, when users try to login via their phone numbers & password, it says “Password is incorrect, please try again”, I know the password is correct because I tried it myself, I had already registered, copied the password from the registration page before registering and pasted it into login page, It gives me the same issue, Please help
