    Hi,
I’m assuming you’re referring to the credentials sent via email when a new user registers and marks the checkbox “Send these credentials via email”.

I’ve just tested it and it seems to work fine. What version of the plugin are you using? Free or Pro?

    Hello Adispiac

I’ve the same issue, the password is blank in the email that is sent once user clicks on activation link, I am using free version 2.0.6.

Please help us to fix the issue.

Free version. I don’t have any checkboxes, just registration and activation. Users receive mail with their credentials, but password is missing. Maybe some problem with password in plain text? Dunno
    Thanks

    Hi,

In version 2.0.6 we changed the way password is stored in the wp_signups table when email confirmation is active. No we store it as a password hash to improve security. This means that it can’t be retrieved to send in the email the user gets after activation. We realize that it is a bug right now and the email shouldn’t contain the “password:” string and that it would be preferable to send the password in the first activation email ( the one that contains the activation link ) but we are still looking into that.
Sorry for the inconvenience and an update should be available soon.
