Password for non-admin users not working

  • I cannot log in as any of the users I created because the password is considered incorrect. I can still log in as the admin, and I have tried resetting the user passwords from inside — still not working. I also use the “lost your password” tool and the randomly generated password is still not working.

    Am I missing a step here in setting up a user? I promoted them to “1”. Any thing else I need to do?

  • I have the same problem. I tried reseting the user password in the database using SQL and an md5 hash generated manually, but it didn’t work too.
