Password file?

  • I have had a meltdown that erased the cookies as well as the file that had my WordPress user names and passwords. I am trying to reconstruct them. I can still FTP the sites. Can anyone tell me which WordPress file has the user name and password in it? If I can open those files, I can admin teh websites. Thanks
