Password entered wrong too many times access denied

I hope you are doing well today.

There is couple of issues here from what I see:

First, even if the duration in Defender is set up for 300s to block you, it seems you fully don’t remember your password.

The second issue seems to be those emails that are not sent from your site. Does any SMTP plugin exist on site and was it set up?

As for now, I can only suggest to reset your password via phpmyadmin:
