Password email from registration not arriving

I have a private page that can only be accessd as you all know but logging in, but if they arrive at the page not logged in they can log i or register, and that is the link above.

There a plugin on it that once they log in they will be returned to the page they attempted to log into.

The problem I have is that the notification email arrives in our inbox ([email protected]) but the email with the new users password seems to be being sent but doesnt arrive in their inbox.

When I say I know it seems to be sent is because im using a plugin that tracts the emails and I can see that both the notification and the confirmation, but only one is always successful.

I have been to the hosts (goDaddy) and they insisted its not them as they tried this they said and all was good – https://isimrs.com/mail_test.php

I then tested it and if I put an email address in there which is from a new user, like a yahoo email and declare the from value as [email protected] the email never arrives.

Been going around in circles, but this is now the last resort really, otherwise a nice simple procedure as it is will have to be scrapped and a work around built.

Maybe access to the admin will be needed, I can do this, but have been told off from doing it before, but I need to get on top of this asap really.
